  • Rolande BORRELLY is Emeritus at the Université Stendhal (Grenoble-France). Now she is head of the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Economics which was founded by François Perroux back to 1944 in Paris. All along her academic career Mrs BORRELLY conduced research activities or expertise works for several UN agencies: World Health Organization (feasability studies for the Division and Expert Committee for malaria); International Labour Organization (field investigation about basic needs in West Africa); UNIDO (review of the Consultations System); UNDP (strengthening program for the Faculty of Economics of Bujumbura -Burundi). She got valuable experience with NGO registered by ESC such as AAPSO (she was acting on behalf of the French Solidarity for ten years) or MRAP, a French NGO against racism whose delegate she was in Geneva from 2001 up to day, at first time for the Commission and Sub-Commission of Human Rights, then for the Human Rights Council.

  • Yves FRANCHET is President of PEKEA since May 2007. He is graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris), form the ENSAE and from the Université de Paris 1. During a long international career, he has occupied managerial positions in the World Bank, the Interamerican Development Bank, and the European Commission where he was Director General of the European statistical office: EUROSTAT, from 1987 to 2003. He has also occupied managerial positions in the French Ministry of Finance(INSEE technical cooperation service and Direction of ENSAE).

  • Jean-Louis PERRAULT is assistant professor at Université de Rennes 1 (France). He is a searcher near the Institut de Sciences Mathématiques et Économiques Appliquées (ISMEA - Paris): www.ismea.org , of whom he is an administrator, and in the Center of Social Sciences Research (CRESS-Rennes): www.univ-rennes2.fr/cress-lessor and executive secretary for the PEKEA's Project. He is vice chairman of the Institute for Americas - Rennes: www.ida-rennes.org. His main specialty is International relations and political economy. He is in charge for ISMEA of the development of François PERROUX's work.   • Alain YVERGNIAUX is gratuated in economics from the Université de Rennes 1 and in sociology from the Université de Rennes 2. Up to 2009 he was a consultant in organisation and development strategy. Following a position of deputy mayor in the town of Betton he was Vice-president of Rennes Métropole between 1995 and 2008. From 2004 to 2010 he was elected at the Brittany Regional Council in charge of the commission of research and economic development. At the same time he was a Council's delegate for social economy. Since april 2010 he is special advisor of the Regional Council's President concerning European and international topics. Alain YVERGNIAUX is engaged int the PEKEA project since the foundation. He created the "Club des gouvernements locaux" (Local Governments Club) whose head he is. The Club has the responsibility to articulate concrete research projects with politicians aim.

He obtained a Bachelor of sociology and a master's degree in administration and management, then a master's degree of Project management and administration from Bigah University in Niger. He is now an associate professor at Bigah University and President of the NGO ANIDEV (Association of Niger for the development of the struggle against poverty). Furthermore M. BOUREIMA is manager of the consultant office: Millenium BS. He is member of the network PEKEA since 2003.

  • Om HUVANANDANA is doctor in Business Administration from Indiana University, USA. He is professor of Master degree in Principle of economics, Managerial economics and Strategic management. He was a co-director of Master and Doctorate program in Business informatics and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Dhurakijpundit University. He is presently the Director of the DBA (Thai Study). Pr OM also intervened as instructor in various Thai institutions ("Strategic Planning" for the Desk of Public prosecutor; "Participative management" for the Desk of State Budget; "Human resources management" at the Central Bank of Thailand).

  • Juan SOTO is professor emeritus at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and emeritus professor at the Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano (Chile). He was a co-director of the Center of Latin American Studies of the Institute of Sociology of the Université Libre de Bruxelles and Director and professor of the Magister in Development of the Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano. He also led evaluations of development projects in Bolivia and Chile upon request of Belgian NGO. He is the author of several works, in particular "The myth of the possible globalization and its impacts in Latin America" in Globalization and neoliberalism in the Third World.
